February 2011 :: Welcome to 2011. The weather hasn't been all that good but our first muster went off well. We had a BBQ to get to know our new members and this year promises to be a lot of fun.
We have two new instructors joining our club. Di Noakes and Des Bowes will be taking musters this year along with Vicki and Heather.

All those who attended the Dressage and Jumping clinic last September will remember them. The feedback was very positive.

This may mean date changes for our musters so check the website. You can also phone for information. Our phone number is 0487 210 051.

The council has done some work on the clubhouse. We now have hot water and the floor is being covered this week . It is looking great. There is still a bit of work to be done and we plan to do it as soon as
possible.

December 2010 :: 2010 has come to an end. We had a fun breakup day with games, presents
and awards. Our trivia night made us some much needed funds. We have organised another for May next year. More news on that in 2011.

Our sign on day is Sunday 30th Jan from 10.00 am. ~~this will be followed by our AGM. Our first muster will be on Sunday 13th feb 8.30 for 9.00 start on the dot.~~

Welcome to Phoebe ::

Hi
My name is Phoebe. I'll be 14 this April. I'm really excited to be a member of the Cooroy Horse and Pony Club. It's so much fun and I'm learning new stuff all the time. The instructors are really fantastic. I've only had my horse Jasper since December. He lives about 5 minutes away from us on my friend Saskia's property at Lake McDonald. He has a very good life now. He's a Standard Bred and started out as a trotter. It's often hard to change the habits of ex-trotters and pacers....but I haven't had that problem with Jasper. He's just gorgeous and very well behaved. I am really looking forward to the rest of the year and all the fun events that are planned. Especially the CAMPS ! Can't wait. Thank you everyone at Cooroy Horse and Pony Club for all your hard work. It's a great club. Love Phoebe.
